Dr. Anita Bundy has a joint appointment at Colorado State University and the University of Sydney in Australia. Much of her research focuses on children’s play and “risk reframing.” She publishes frequently in the American Journal of Occupational Therapy; Australian Journal of Occupational Therapy; Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders; Physical and Occupational Therapy in Pediatrics; British Journal of Occupational Therapy; and Journal of Intellectual and Developmental Disability. She is co-editor of Kids Can Be Kids: A Childhood Occupations Approach and Sensory Integration: Theory and Practice. She co-developed DriveSafe Drive Aware, a screening tool for examining fitness to drive in older drivers and drivers with cognitive limitations. Dr. Bundy has been acknowledged through numerous awards including: admission to the American Occupational Therapy Foundation’s Academy of Research, the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Roster of Fellows and the Australian Occupational Therapy Association’s Academy of Research.
